Prices are per location in US dollars, excluding tax. Event and offer allowances are counted per calendar month, per location, and reset on the first of each month in that location's local time.

Billing

How subscriptions actually work.

Written plainly, so there are no surprises on the invoice or when you want to stop.

Subscription and renewal

  • Each subscription covers one physical location. A business with three locations needs three subscriptions.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually, until you cancel.
  • Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We do not give pro-rata refunds for part of a period.
  • A first annual subscription can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.

More than one location

Events, offers and analytics are tracked separately for each location, so one branch can never use up another's allowance. If you run several locations and want them set up together, tell us how many and we'll sort it out with you directly.

Business subscriptions are covered by our Terms & EULA and our Privacy Policy. Our Community Standards apply to everything you post on your venue page.
