Every one of these is live in the app today. A city only opens once it has at least 300 venues mapped, its major neighbourhoods covered and its categories filled in — an empty map is worse than no map.
An app about real places is only as good as the places it knows.
These are seeded or being seeded now. They open as each one clears the same bar: enough venues, the right neighbourhoods, clean data. We'd rather a city arrive late than arrive empty.
This is a target, not a commitment. Cities move as venue data comes together — the order is what we're holding to, not the dates.
